Review summary

We spent $11,000 on this vacation and were sorely disappointed to say the least. We were asked to change rooms after we boarded and were at sea - offered nothing at the beginning, accused or booking the room under false pretences and offered to get off. But when we requested a refund to disembark the room change was no longer necessary...... It was sooo disappointing to have so many options and make the Wrong Choice! The excursions were memorable but the whole experience on the ship and the staff were so bad we didn't truly enjoy anything......Do your research and beware....We even wrote the owner of the cruise line and got No Reply!!!! No surprise there!!! $'s to some mean nothing at the end of the day. :)

Service and Staff

We were interrogated by 3 staff members relating to a room change that could have been conveyed to us prior to sailing. Scary and inappropriate after spending $11k on a vacation

"Onboard activities None for adults" Enough said - I don't think we need to take this guy too seriously, eh ?

Do you really think that the owner of the cruise line will answer you? And what’s the deal with you being accused of booking a room under false pretences? What’s happened exactly? Sailed on the Epic once and loved it so much that I have another cruise booked for next year.

What was the “false pretense”, you were accused of? Been on the Epic twice last year and both time were wonderful.

Is this a genuine review? Where did the ship go from and to? Unless you booked a handicapped cabin how could you book a room ‘under false pretences’? If you did the cruise ship was entitled to move you if a handicapped guest needed your room... you would have been perfectly entitled to disembark at the next port but whether you had an entitlement to a refund would depend on the circumstances and your contract, you can’t just ‘change your mind’ after boarding, especially after the sea has left port... What do you expect the other 4,000 passengers to think if the ship has to turn back because you’re annoyed? If you spent $11,000 presumably you had a large group or a top notch cabin. You post doesn’t make much sense...
