Review summary
We spent $11,000 on this vacation and were sorely disappointed to say the least. We were asked to change rooms after we boarded and were at sea - offered nothing at the beginning, accused or booking the room under false pretences and offered to get off. But when we requested a refund to disembark the room change was no longer necessary...... It was sooo disappointing to have so many options and make the Wrong Choice! The excursions were memorable but the whole experience on the ship and the staff were so bad we didn't truly enjoy anything......Do your research and beware....We even wrote the owner of the cruise line and got No Reply!!!! No surprise there!!! $'s to some mean nothing at the end of the day. :)Embarkation
