Would not do Norwegian again. They did nothing to get me to come back. I am Bronze status.the service in all the food areas was very poor. In the taste I dont know what happened to our waiter as our dinner dishes sat for 30 minutes and were never cleared, we ended up leaving.

Aweful. They should know by now how much time it takes to clear customs from overseas. Told us not to get there until 2:00pm. We did but so did everyone else. Waited on the bus in the parking lot for over an hour, then in line another hour. Waited upstairs another hour, finally got on board at 5:30pm. Food and service was terrible. Usually you expect that the first day, but it was the entire week. Food was the same each night almost, food was cold, food had no flavor. Bar service was okay. Everyone had the drink package so they were always busy. Our cabin steward was awesome. I don't think he slept. But others in our party didn't have the same. Rooms not made up till after 2:00 pm each day. My daughter had kids who nap so that wasn't good for her. At night turn down either didn't happen or happened after 9 pm. The show Burn the floor and Priscilla are not suited for small children. The magician was very good, and his talk on how they helped in the wars was excellent. Slides and outdoor activities were good for all ages. The pool (inside) area could be bigger. Lots of people in small pool not good. Overall Norwegian did not get my vote to come back. I am Diamond Plus on Royal, and even with all their changes they do a much better job on customer service. They go out of their way to take good care of you. Sorry Norwegian you need to step up your game.

Didn't care for the size of the cabin. It was very small and kept bumping into each other. What I want to say is our cabin steward was great. On Wednesday we told him that the service on the ship was not good, (my husband paused) his face dropped, except you and my husband slipped him a tip and walked away. He said thank you, then he said thank you again . He was always outside our rooms, even when no other cabin stewards were. If you needed something he was there.

Don't expect to see a 7:00pm show and eat in the dining room. You won't make it.
So sorry to hear that! Ncl is the only cruise line we use. Our trip was cancelled a couple weeks ago because of a major breakdown. They gave us 50% off next cruise, so we booked mini suite. We don't do the upscale restaurants so the other food tastes good. So sorry for your experience.
