Review summary

Overall Epic is a beautiful ship. And we were happy. Norweign is good about attention to detail on some things like xabin storage space and shower caddy space. But walking track is by employee smoking area, not enough pools vs passengers, tried to make reservations for dinner in dining rooms but they would not take them but allowed other passengers to make them.

Delayed due to the ship arriving from Europe. Its understandable that it takes longer for a ship to clear customs when they arrive in the US from Europe...but, they should notify incoming passengers sooner t JFK an 2 days before sailing. People who had flights and transfers had no where to go.
