Embarkation
5 out of 5
Embarkation for our cruise on the Epic went very smoothly. This was our first cruise and we dint know what the routine was but it was all very well laid out and we found our way very easily.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We ate in the garden cafe for breakfast mainly where there was a huge selection to choose from. The restaurants on the ship were of a very high standard. We loved the noodle bar the food was so tasty. We bore a couple of the speciality restaurants "Cagneys" and "Le Bistro" both of these served great food and was worth the extra charges in my opinion, the service at all paces as exceptional.

Th entertainment onboard was great always something do or see. The entertainment team were very good.
We went to the "burn the floor" show into theatre and this was very good too.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our room steward Whalito was exceptional always met us with laugh and a smile and was a very pleasant young man. In the Atrium Cafe the bartender there Nayoman was excellent, he always remembered our names and was very good at his job.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship was alway spotlessly clean. As for the design I can't comment as this was the first cruise ship we hd ever been on.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Our cabin layout was good and we had plenty of room. It was good to have the balcony so the e could sit out there at any time.
We went on the excursion to Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. We booked this before sailed through cruise excursions.com and the tour guide who took us was excellent. Pompeii was fascinating.
We booked a tour of Rome before we sailed, again through cruiseexcursions.com.
Rome was beautiful and the guide was excellent. So much to see it is a full on trip but if you've never bee to Rom before a definite must.
Loved the trip to Pisa it's a small place but the visit to the "Square of Miracles" where the leaning tower of Pisa is was well worth it.
Florence has got to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world every time you turn the corner it just gets better the architecture is stunning. Again we booked this through cruisingexcursions.com.
As we had a early flight we disembarked quite early and it was with a heavy heart we said goodbye to the ship our only regret was not booking a longer cruise!!!
