PRETTY GOOD CRUISE, BUT NOT THE EXCEPTIONAL VISION WE WERE SOLD. THE TOURS OFFERED THROUGH NCL COULD'VE BEEN BETTER. SOME GUIDES HAD A TOUGH TIME W/THE LANGUAGE BARRIER. HAVEN RESTAURANT STAFF WERE STELLAR. ESPECIALLY RODNEY! BON VOYAGE!

IT WAS JUST OK. VERY HOT TERMINAL AND THEY MAKE HAVEN CLIENTS WAIT UNTIL THEY PHOTOGRAPH THE STANDARD ROOM CRUISERS. NO WELCOME COCKTAILS OR SNACKS LIKE IN FLORIDA. LONG WALK TO THE SHIP.

THE ROOM WAS KEPT DECENT, EXCEPT FOR THE FLOORS. THEY WERE ONLY CLEANED ONCE IN OUR ENTIRE STAY. OUR BOARDING PASSES WERE STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM. WE WERE LOCATED UNDER THE POSH CLUB, AND THEY WAS A LOT OF NOISE, RUNNING/POUNDING, CONSTANTLY... WELL INTO THE NIGHT.
TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT ARRANGED BY OUR CONCIERGE DID NOT SHOW UP. TOUGH TIME FINDING A CAB AND NOT ONE ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS. HAD TO STOP AT MONEY GRAM & PAY A HUGE FEE TO EXCHANGE FUNDS. VERY LONG, HARD COMMUTE TO THE AIRPORT :(
