Review summary

The Haven experience was NOT worth the money. We only saw our butler 2 x over a 7 day period. Save your money...book a suite and call it a day :). The shows were good...the food just average. We ate in most of the speciality restaurants with Le Bistro being our favorite.

The Haven experience WAS most definitely worth the money, absolutely brilliant. Our Butler was just perfect....he went quietly about his business and was there if needed, just a phone call away. Due to business we spend much time in top class hotels, the Haven was right there at the top, in fact we have already booked our next cruise and this was our first cruise anywhere...... As for the rest of the cruise.....4800 passengers on board (plus 1700 crew) never once did it feel overcrowded. Embarkation was concluded in about 30 mins from taxi to Haven Tour and disembarkation 15 mins from suite to taxi. Shows were great and Siglo in the Cavern were fabulous their versions of Stairway to Heaven and House of the Rising Sun were note perfect, Pricilla was great too. We had a great relationship with all the staff in the Haven Restaurant and could complain about nothing, we even cancelled all our speciality bookings and arranged to eat what we wanted from the speciality menus.

I definitely would enjoy it if I could afford it. SS doesn't allow me those pleasures.

I completely disagree at the Haven experience is excellent the food is better than the other parts of the ship other than the specialty restaurants the butler was great the concert was great the private pool and Lounge were great I don't know what you were doing but you missed it
