Review summary

The Norwegian Epic Mediterranean cruise overall was a good experience. Staff members on board the ship were excellent!! We really enjoyed meeting, talking, and finding out things about them and their lives on and off the ship. They were always courteous, professional, and ready to serve. The food was ok. At times it was very good and some dishes were rather bland and uneventful. I did like the fact that we had to pay an extra $2.50 for fresh squeezed orange juice or regular sodas. The entertainment was not good. We struggled to find something that was worth seeing that was complimentary. Ports of call was good and the disembarking process went very smooth.

Entertainment

We struggled to find interesting entertainment at night. The only good entertainment was the Dominican band and the "Dancing with the Epic Stars" program.

Ship tip

The sit down restaurants had the better breakfast. For quieter sunbathing, the upper deck (18) is best.
