A stop in Victoria at 8:00 pm is worthless. If a foreign port is necessary please stop at a time and for a length of time when we can enjoy the port.

With this being my first cruise in the Haven, I will probably never go back to non Haven guest. However, with the amount of money I spent being in the Haven, I can not justify doing it again. It was an amazing experience and I’m thankful I did it, but I probably would not come back. That is not because of the staff (they were amazing!) it’s mostly because 1. Pricing 2. Location of my room to haven lobby 3. Everything outside of the haven was meh at best 4. Not as many activities 5. Excursions were just okay and not worth the price With all of those reasons, I can’t say it’s worth it.

If I decide to cruise again, I will choose another cruise line and do a little more research. I hated being over-charged and nickel and dime'd for so many things. The TV system needs improvement. The map app in the room is from the mid-90s! Don't offer all you can drink and then sell water for $6.50 a liter. Don't offer as an itinerary a four minute ride to the top of a hill for $50 per person. Don't charge extra for mediocre premium food. Not really an overview, just things I wasn't happy with.

I enjoyed many things about the cruise, but not enough I would recommend it to others. Having to be bussed into the town centers was not good. We waited about an hour to get on a bus at one of the stops and had very limited time in that town. Service was excellent, food was very good.

It was a beautiful trip. So much to see and do the excursions were all well done.

This was the absolute most disappointing cruise I have been on. It felt like one big long time share presentation. The food was awful. Everything cost extra. The crew got caught cheating in bingo. Yep.

Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend it 100%.

This was an amazing experience and the ship was one of the best I have been on. It was very secluded with varying restaurants and bars and lounge areas. The room was big enough for two with the balcony view.

4,300 guests on the ship. The Atrium was used for everything. There should be a designated room for movies, games, etc. besides the Atrium. It is too small with not enough chairs.

Was so excited about the trip and then let down with the quality of the food, got sick in the Seafood Restaurant which served Captain D like seafood. The entertainment was mediocre The staff was very nice and were the best part of the cruise. Will NEVER sail NCL again

Only disappointment was the Observation deck. The views were amazing. It was great except you rarely could get a seat. People camping out. Families hoarding areas all day. People sleeping. we get it, people what to relax. It was a observation area not a room! The morning of Glacier bay, it was packed by 7 am, chairs were reserved but no one in them. Their loss, the views were much better from outside.

It was a great time. Did pan for gold and found some. Funny 2 small flakes

Enjoyed an end of summer cruise to Alaska and we had great weather for our trip. Beautiful scenery and great experiences.

Thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. Would HIGHLY recommend. Encore was a great ship.

This was our first cruise. Norwegian was so responsive to our every need. Food was delicious at all free places as well as the LeBistro.

The Encore is an awesome ship, with great public spaces, excellent service, outstanding entertainment, and very good food at a variety of restaurants. With nearly 4,000 passengers aboard, however, the observation deck and the buffet dining at the Garden Cafe were very busy and crowded, except when most passengers were off board for excursions. If you like vacationing among a horde of people, it is fine. If you prefer less hustle and bustle around you, you might be disappointed. But the ship accommodates and offers something for about every taste in entertainment and dining. It is an experience in itself worth doing at least once in your life.

Great weather. 3 ports were good and beautiful to see. 2 ports were basically cities and not what I wanted to see.

Alaska is a great itinerary, but NCL does not allow enough time in the ports. Two hours in two ports IS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY. As a whole you are on the ship way more than you can get off. I would love to see better itineraries for this trip.

Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. The Encore is a great ship, the staff care was very good. Just wish the excursions were better.

Overall a great cruise. Beautiful scenery, informative tour operators.
