We went on a cruise 35 years ago. This was our first cruise since then. We enjoyed almost everything. Looking forward to our next one.

Good experience journey. In facts one of the best cruise we enjoy very much. We have another trip come up in March 2025 embark at Taipei for 11 days with Norwegian Spirit. Can't wait.

I really expected the best time of my life to get the doom of the worst experience of a life time free sprit my ass bring back good food and dining if is all about how they can get mores money out if you my worst of 8cruise meaning my last struck on the Encore where it seems they just cook the same crap only throw nuts in it to make it seem different plus they closed like 9pm for dining trust bypass all NCL cruises

21 days of relaxation, food,drinks,entertainment no complaints or gripes. Do it again.

Great crew! Friendly and hard working! Food and drinks were good. Choir of Man was fabulous! Other shows were good. Would highly recommend! Only hitch was disembarkation. Major issue with customs. Rumor was only 4 agents on duty for our fully booked ship and 2 other Cruise ships in port. Port of Miami for being the 2nd largest port in world, that was bad! We were delayed almost 4 hrs on disembarkation, thankfully we weren't catching a flight ✈️.

Alaska had been on our bucket list for some time so we took the leap to book this trip for my 50th birthday. It did not disappoint. From ship, to ports, embarkation to food service, cabins to choir of man. Great. And Alaska, just wow! Absolutely stunning views, Glacier Bay was outstanding.

The encore was a very nice ship, I definitely would recommend ncl and the encore to anyone, the only other tip I would say is to not prepay gratuities at check in. I made that mistake and they removed my free at sea plus to pay for gratuities

I was a second time Cruiser to Alaska. I was happy to have the choice of excursions that I took. I met a great bunch of fellow Solo Cruisers through our Solo Group meet an greet. That we had some rain and a couple of days with choppy Seas I would say there's never a bad day in Alaska. There's never a bad time to visit Alaska either.

Absolutely loved everything except Victoria in the dark. I wish we had just walked to town by ourselves.

Overall a great cruise. The ship was clean, food was good, and the entertainment fun. We would have liked better weather but that’s Mother Nature.

Mostly a great cruise. A few thing did hamper the experience. I expected the food to be better.

I would not cruise with NCL again visiting Glacier Bay or Alaska. I believe other cruise lines do a better job.

Cruise was beautiful. Very very disappointed in the air travel arrangements home and could only be changed if I paid for it myself. 19 hours not including flight time is a bit much! I would never cruise Norwegian again I feel they totally mishandled our flights, also some paid baggage and some did not, also a lot of hidden fees.

Alaska was definitely a bucket list that everyone should have.it was warmer than I thought it would be don’t over pack and bring shorts i wore them most of time on the ship

Food was great. Choir of men was amazing. Ship was clean and fresh.

Alaska was beautiful, the ship was wonderful. I enjoyed it so much I'm going again next year!

Great views, amazing stops, Northern Lights Shows!

First time to Alaska. It is beautiful, with lots to do and see. We absolutely enjoyed it. We have sailed Carnival and Royal Caribbean in the past. This was our first Norwegian cruise. Each line has its plusses and negatives. It is up to the individual to decide which they prefer. I would definitely sail Norwegian again. A good tip to know though, Norwegian has the crappier ports in Alaska. You are rarely close to town and either have to walk or use free shuttle services to get to town. With that being said, we made the most of it, and had a great time!!!

Good cruise with all adult couples and singles. Very little children or families. The staff seemed to enjoy 😊 us too. Everyone was relaxed and having fun!
