I would not cruise with NCL again visiting Glacier Bay or Alaska. I believe other cruise lines do a better job.

Cabin Steward Edward was the best we have ever had.

Ship tip

Glacier Bay is now absent of any major glaciers. There were two smaller ones, but it was in no way as good as it was 12 years ago

Drug haven with zombies all over especially if you ride the train from the airport. Be prepaired.

The bus ride to and from the pier was a half hour all because NCL does not want to pay Juneau for port fees. However we did the https://wingsairways.com/ on our own and it was outstanding

1.5 hour bus ride same reason as Juneau. Ship was not leaving until 1PM but busses quit running at 11AM. Very little time to do anything

NCL is one of the only cruise lines allowed into Glacier Bay and has Park Rangers on board talking about it. As others said, they have no control over the size of the glaciers. They are melting.
