Review summary

Cruise was beautiful. Very very disappointed in the air travel arrangements home and could only be changed if I paid for it myself. 19 hours not including flight time is a bit much! I would never cruise Norwegian again I feel they totally mishandled our flights, also some paid baggage and some did not, also a lot of hidden fees.

I wouldn't give up on NCL. We learned not to use NCL air program. We book our own flights still enjoy cruising with NCL.
