Overall this was a fantastic cruise! We loved the Encore and it is a beautiful ship.

Overall we enjoyed the cruise. This ship itself was really nice. If we have a complaint it would be that the Aircon was very fierce and we felt pretty cold in the public areas.

I would do this cruise again--absolutely loved the Encore. Didn't have to wait in line for much of anything. Loved, loved, loved the smoke-free casino. Used the Local, Taste and Savory for most lunches and several dinners. All were good food and good service. We did a couple of the art lectures which we enjoyed it--much better than the art auctions. All in all we enjoyed this cruise so much!

One of the best ships I’ve been on! Can’t wait to go back!! I just wish Norwegian had a few more mixed drinks to offer like the Carnival ships.

I will not hesitate sailing on Norwegian again but I will not sail on Encore or her sister ships. One other thing I noticed, and I don't know if this is Norwegian policy or an Encore thing, is that there seem to be a lot more things with extra charges then there have been on other cruises I've been on.

We were concerned about the negative reviews we read before leaving! We just did not see those negative things at all!

This cruise was not our first choice. We booked with another CruiseLine and it was cancelled less than 10 days prior to departure. We scrambled to find this E Caribbean cruise for same dates with balcony. Too many at sea days. But overall the ship is well organized. Staff attentive. Pool area too jammed to enjoy.

Had a wonderful time. Was a little disappointed that time was cut from Tortola and St. Thomas to add their private island. Would have love to stay longer in those places.

WE have traveled with NCL, Carnival, Royal Carribean. WE loved NCL until this crusie. Not sure if it was just because the ship is so big and they didn't have enough staff, but was probaly our worst cruise as far as SERVICE. Also we did encounter rudeness by bar staff several times. Cagney's we love but this time can say nothing good about it, and also main dining rooms. Our best and hottest food was at Teppanyaki and The Local, staff amazing and food hot. We always tip extra but was very hard to do this time due to poor service

The Encore is a beautiful ship. I loved the observation deck, and the Waterfront deck with the nice seating around, bars and restaurants. Having midship and deck 9 was a great location for most places we went to. Only used the elevator for going to the pool decks and observation deck. Shows and entertainment was of good quality, staff very nice and accommodating.

Overall great experience. Just know there is 5000 people on this ship. Its a busy place. Be patient when your trying to get where you need to go. Plan ahead.

This was our first cruise and we are now hooked. We even purchased Cruise Next deposit to cruise again with our family. We were very impressed with everything and everyone on the ship that made us feel at home.

This is my second cruise. The first was with Carnival. I would rate Norwegian higher for food and entertainment. But I the end I enjoyed both cruises

Like I already said: beautiful ship, good food but to less space on the pooldeck.

It was a great escape from the heat, and I’d do it again.

First winter cruise escaping the cold NE weather and was pleasantly surprised to find 80-85 degree sunshine in all ports visited...great time onboard, and a truly great getaway on the Getaway!
