Overall this was a fantastic cruise! We loved the Encore and it is a beautiful ship.

The food was phenomenal! I was disappointed in the up charge in Cagney’s for the Lobster
$19!!! And it was very small.
Onboard Activities

The pool is way too crowded! Would be nice if they had 2 or even 3 pools.
The Escape room and laser tag were a blast!!
As always, the race track was a huge hit wit the guys.

Choir of Man was FANTASTIC!! Would have seen it twice but there was an injury and a show got canceled. Best I have seen!
DJ at the pool at night was a lot of fun!! Piano comedian had us in stitches!
Deal or no deal was very spendy and a huge let down.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room steward took very good care of us!!! Funny how every time he saw us, no matter where we were he knew our names and always acknowledged us. Sad there were no towel animals. Our waiters in Manhattan Room and Taste & Savor were super!

We did not do an excursion in Miami, but a guy and his wife that we met on the ship took us all around Miami and to the beach. Loved it. We did stay a couple days to unwind. Highly recommend this!!
It did not make sense to get there at 5 and all shops closed up at 7 or 8. Store workers were rude. Wanted to go to the forts, but they closed up and it was dark.
