Went to check in and our cabin was no longer available. Had to wait 1.5 hours for a replacement only to find out we had been given wrong key cards. Hours spent at guest services in line with hundreds of other passengers

Definitely will cruise on the Encore again. Was a great experience. Piece of advice if you want to see the comedy show, good luck with that. Is not first come first serve, like on other ships. That was the only thing that I didn't like.

Have to make this cruise at least once in your life.

Weather played a big role, as temperatures didn't get over 60 degrees. It had been in the 80's the week before.

Our first cruise and first trip to Alaska. Had a wonderful time overall. Difficulties largely focused around kid activities and may largely be causes by covid rules and/or hiring shortages. Would still do the trip again. The Encore is a beautiful ship.

Because I signed up for Covid exposure notifications I’ve been notified that I was exposed during the cruise to Covid which I ultimately tested positive for. It is the first time I’ve had Covid as I’m typically careful. Wear your masks and be safe

Very relaxing and fun cruise. Beautiful sights you can't get anywhere else. Its the cruise of a lifetime.

The food, entertainment and service were outstanding! The ship layout was a little funky, but we had an amazing week. Dress in layers because it can go from cool to warm pretty quickly! Did okay in the casino too…..lots of winners around the casino.🤑

Loved Alaska! Would love to go back and add a land portion as the time in port was just too tight. Knowing what I know now, I would have looked for a cruise with more time in each port, but it was a lovely, memorable cruise just the same.

The staff onboard were all very nice and helpful. The food was just mediocre. The music and entertainment were sufficient but not great. I thought we should get a discount since the main show "Kinky boots" was cancelled. The "Choir of Men" was not great. The excursions were mediocre and overpriced. The Kids arcade was a "kid Scam" placed right next to the Teen center "Entourage", where things are free, young teens think that the arcade is part of it and free. Very disappointed that the teen entertainment like the speedway, laser tag and Galaxy pavilion was extremely over priced. Many I spoke with on the cruise said it should be free because it was so underwhelming. Overall our first family cruise was a disappointment. We had fun as a family but would not do it again.

I had never cruised Alaska before and can say this is my favorite cruise out of 19. It’s different than the Caribbean cruises in that you’re really going to site see. NCL Encore is an amazing Ship. Lots to do and one of their newer ships. We had a fabulous time and will do it again next year. May was a great time to go to see many snow capped mountains which added so much to the experience. We got lucky with the weather all week limited light rain for very few days if any rain. Mostly sunny and 45-60 degree weather.

Family of five with two rooms and everyone enjoyed themselves. We will do it again.

Was a cruise we had scheduled two years ago and then COVID hit. Finally got to go and I don't know if I would go again. We had a great time but just got to be a lot having to reschedule our cruise 4 times. I felt like we were never going to get to go. I would rather have had them refund our money, but they would not do that. It's too much to go through right now with the COVID things to do we weren't even sure if we could go until two days before the cruise.

I like the casual dressing and dining options on the Norwegian encore. The only negative thing I would have to say is that they don't park their ships close to towns that they stop at necessitating a bus ride.

Encore spoilt us giving us a nice cabin with balcony, we were treated as VIP. We have beautiful crew that work very hard and are very caring. Thank you everyone in the Encore, we will never forget this journey. Now we are in Alaska and next week will be the Espíritu Hawaii to Polinesia and back.

Wish NCL will consider an over night stay in Seattle

Panama Canel was a bucket list cruise and over all very enjoyable although 21 days was a bit long for us. The ship was fantastic especially since it was half capacity at 2000 guests meaning no line ups for anything, ability to find a pool chair or lounger any time of the day, hot tub space, always an open bar stool, drinks tasty, complimentary dining options excellent, room comfortable and quiet, always something enjoyable happening at the atrium, observation deck is an excellent option on cold or rainy days with its plentiful windows for viewing the outside world. Negative thoughts specialty restaurants, bad coffee which maybe is to encourage StarBucks purchasing, buffet pizza, more variety in the Encore Theatre as well as more comfortable seats there. Oh and the embarkation process was absolutely embarrassing.
