Went to check in and our cabin was no longer available. Had to wait 1.5 hours for a replacement only to find out we had been given wrong key cards. Hours spent at guest services in line with hundreds of other passengers

Terrible, port staff yelling at passengers like a cattle market. Hotel booked through NCL was nice but port staff made us wait in lobby for nearly 2 hours due to mistakes made with transfers to ship for check in. Requested special needs assistance months before embarkation and no one available at port.
