Awful ship. Not accommodating to older people and people with handicaps or disabilities. Didn't even have closed captioning available on the TV. Smoking area was a disgrace. There was no ventilation at all and they would not allow us to keep the door open. This was my first cruise ever and will also be my last.

The food was not very good and there was never anywhere to sit in the main dining. Also, there was mot food available for one and one half hours between meals or late night.

Absolutely nothing if interest to do on the ship during this cruise. It was thru Alaska, so too cold to swim, which was only activity.
Entertainment

There was the Choir of Man which we never got to see and the Beatles British Invasion which we saw 3 times. They were good.

Room steward showed himself only twice. A different steward stood by and just watched as my sister and I struggled to get my wheelchair into our stateroom. Another passenger helped us get it in.
Ship Quality

The smoking lounge on deck 8 is an enclosed room with no ventilation and on deck 16 it's an open cubicle with no seating available. If you bring a chair in to sit on, they take it away from you.
Did you let NCL know ahead of time that you were in a wheelchair and had mobility issues? Did you request an accessible stateroom when you booked? Other than your cabin, how was the rest of the ship not "accommodating"?
Apparently cruising is not for everyone and sorry it wasn't worthwhile for you. I've never been on a bad cruise and would do it continuously if my budget allowed.
