Review summary

Overall, I had a great time with my friends on the cruise but I will NEVER sail on NCL again. After all the years they have been in business they should have figured out how to move large groups of people efficiently.

All service people and food were excellent. The Guest services folks didn't know anything. The moving of large groups of people was very poor. Information from NCL very confusing. Directions were only given in English so many people didn't understand.

Gotcha. Read your last line. It’s clear you don’t understand the NCL airfare program. I was confused about what you meant in saying “moving large groups of people.”
