Great ship and staff, but the times at port for most of the stops are too short and at the wrong times of day

Review summary

Great ship, great staff, excellent food, but the sailing and ports suck. They sail too far from shore, so you dont get to see much, and when you get into port you dont have enough time. Overall, it feels like you are trapped on a ship. But with good entertainment and food, it still makes it a fun cruise.

Too short of time in port

Skagway, Alaska

The train is great. Skagway is cool.

Cruise Glacier Bay

We only saw a small part of the park. It would have been nice to see some more glaciers than just two when it is such a long journey to get there.

KETCHIKAN (WARD COVE), ALASKA

Too short and you get there at 7am which is too early for anything to be open.

Victoria, British Columbia

Too short and you get in at 8pm so everything is already closing and it is dark.

Disembarkation

Too busy with very long lines. Also they make you leave your room at 8am, which is pretty annoying.
