The ship was very clean, but I seen a down grade in the food service that Norwegian is known for.

I and my husband are in our late 50's and took our 33yr son & his fiancee on this cruise with us. The nightly entertainment unfortunately kept all four of us in our staterooms the majority of the cruise because it appeared to be geared only to the much older individuals on the cruise...very disappointing! If you weren't a fan of Bingo and Karaoke, you were left alone for entertainment. The same songs (not the top 100 either!) were played over and over every night in the Spinnaker lounge (the one place that appealed to us) so much so, that we stopped going. This cruise would have been perfect except for the ship's entertainment. The only two great items of entertainment for us were, the Quest (scavenger hunt) game and the comedian (Greg Gleason). The staff, cleaniness of the ship, food and service were all impeccable! This would not be a good cruise for you If you are under the age of 45 and want to have "real" fun on the ship.

Modern ship in great condition. Easy to navigate. Cabins were good size with upgrades. Loved the 24 hour cafe (Blue Lagoon). Itinerary was fabulous--7 islands with fabulous beaches and lots of exploring.

Beautiful ship

I recently took a Cruise to Nowhere out of Boston and it left a lot to be desired. The food was good but the staff was unfriendly and slow. I can't find anything else positive to say about it.

I liked the whole package. Guest seem to have an agenda set [as did I ] I saw only contented individuals.

This was my second time in a few months we were on The Norwiegan Dawn.The ship was beautiful.Everything was perfect.Couldn't have asked for a a better way to spend the weekend.

Cabin was dirty, dirty underwear, smoking materials left on balcony, glass door feel off in bathroom toilet, no coffee left on morning of debarkation, some guests were loud and obnoxious and people could not enjoy shows or other things. Someone should have spoken to them to knock it off, they were not the only people at the show or games and such. Why was Massachusetts tax being charged in Masachusetts when we have no tax on liquor? This was my sister's first cruise and she will not go again. My famiily will never travel on Norwegian again, I have been on other cruises and have not seen anything like this. Dirty glasses and cups. What a disgrace!

This cruise to Bermuda used to to dock at St. George's, but now at Navy Dockyard. I did not like this port at all, I wish they would go back to St. George's! There is so much more to do and see there, and closer to more nightlife.

My first time with Norwegian but not my last. Loved that there were no 'formal' evenings... that much less stuff to pack (suit, tie, shoes...).

We won't go back on this ship. NCL is cutting back on food choices. The boat is really showing its age. (1 outlet in an eleventh floor balcony room) Reusing same old 2nd city routine for the last several years.

Overall, the ship was nice and had good activities throughout the day. The ship staff was very good and exceeded expectations. The problem was mostly the quality of food and quality of entertainment. The food selections were good, but the quality of the food was lacking. I ordered a steak 3 days in a row (2 NY strips, 1 ribeye) and all 3 times the meat was overcooked and very tough. I kept asking it cooked less and less and it still came out well done and tough like rubber. The entertainment quality was poor compared to RC and Carnival as well. Although some of the entertainment cast was talented, you could tell they were second rate. The singing was average and choreography, although flashy at times, was not well laid out. Everything was way overpriced on the cruise as well. The gaming fees and drinks were more than on RC and Carnival, so whatever money was saved on the lower room fees was blown out the window by the higher activity and drink fees. The room was ok and actually decent size (inside stateroom), but I spoke to numerous frequent cruisers and suite buyers that their suite was way smaller than RC and Carnival and one guy's suite was actually right over the dance club so he had to downgrade and move because of the noise. Oh yeah, also 2 people died on the last day of the cruise, I think from natural causes but one person was only 23 years old!

Our cruise director was the greatest ever on the Norwegian Dawn cruising to Bermuda.

My husband and I had a great late October cruise to Bermuda on the Dawn. Our cruise director, Paul S, has a great sense of humor and kept us laughing throughout the week. The entertainment was great, from game shows (Fergilicious!!!) to magic shows (great), to the theater dance/singing. Everyone did a great job. We also loved the Second City comedy improv group. A lot of talent aboard this ship and a lot of laughs. Food was good and of course, plentiful. Rough October weather can make for some not-so-smooth sailing and difficulty sleeping, but getting away for a week trumps all. Weather in Bermuda was still beautiful. Props to Happy-Happy and Washie-Washie for their excellent guest hand-sanitizing skills at the buffet!

The trip was wonderful. We were hesitant about a 7-day cruise. We had taken one many years ago, and by the sixth day, we were looking at one another and saying "let's get home". Not so with the DAWN. Accessibility to everything was wonderful, freestyle dining was terrific, and we were never in that long a line to get to where we wanted to go.

The ship is very clean and very beautiful-The service was good except for the first night in the Aqua restaurant. The food in the buffets was generally good, but has gone downhill in the restaurants. There is no more rack of lamb and beef Wellington.I resent having to pay for a cappachino. There is too much nicle and diming. My biggest complaint was the lack of time in Bermuda. Many people signed up when they were promised another half day in Bermuda.
