The worst cruise

Sail Date: October 21, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

had no working toilet in our cabin and issue was unresolved when we disembarked ship

Pros: Waiters in Venetian dining room

Cons: dealing with guest relations

Recommends Norwegian Dawn? No.

Ship Quality
no flow, walking down hallway and you find yourself in the middle of a restaurant.
Cabin / Stateroom
cabin smaller than most I have had. Toilet did not work. Bottom drawer kept opening and closing by itself with the ships movement
Food and Dining
the food was real good; especially enjoyed the philly cheesesteaks at lunch time
Service and Staff
For the most part, the crew was friendly and helpful. Our waiters, Jason & Errol, were phenomenal and couldn't do enough for us. Guest Relations were terrible; felt like we were putting them out by telling the about our toilet issue every day
Entertainment
Magician was good; one of the best on a crusie ship we have seen
King's Wharf, Bermuda
The area is nice and clean, people were friendly. it was so relaxing there
