Food on board was very good and the staff helpful. All the staff are pleasant and eager to please.

We really enjoyed the Dawn had a fantastic time would recommend this vacation to anyone of all ages.

The ship was clean and well appointed. Plenty of activity areas and quiet zones (good for reading outdoors). There was a problem with disembarkation of this particular cruise which was not apparent when embarking. The crew was fantastic regarding interaction with the guests, emergency drills and maintenance. Ship cleanliness standards were remarkable. Positive focus on antibacterial use to keep everyone healthy and happy.

A little too much; "sell...selll..selll" thru out the ship. Too many photos; too much art for sale; too much jewelry; etc.

Trip was good. Room above lounge very noisy. Not alot of concern on crews part for discomfort. Should have been handled better.

All in all, the ship was very impressive. Our room with balcony was very nice and the attendant did a surperb job of looking after us. Nice art work and beautiful colors. Food was pretty good and certainly plentiful. The attendants took pride in keeping areas clean.

The NCL Dawn was great. Easy to navigate, great staff and wonderful amenities!

This cruise was a huge disappointment. The staff was inattentive. The waitstaff acted like they hated having to deal with the passengers and the cabin stewards were lacks and didn't do a very good job. All in all it wasn't a great experience and I don't think I would cruise with NCL again. The entertainment by the crew was really not very good. The proffesionals were much better.

The food needs to be more variety; the WiFi was too expensive; the length in the ocean was too long. But the services and entertainment were very good.

The staff on the ship worked very hard to please you. Some staff weren't sure where events were taking place and would send you in the wrong direction, but hey, it wouldn't take long to turn around and get to where you needed to be. 2 days in Bermuda was too short for the 6 days 4 days on the boat and 2 off, personally feel that a longer stay would have been better. Overall the ship was geared to lots of partying. Bingo I thought was really over priced. If you have 17 year olds they seem to be stuck in limbo too old for some too young for others, so that can be tough. The shows were pretty good overall.

The ship is 10 years old and it is in overall very good shape. It had plenty of restaurants, nice gym, awesome kids pool

I have never cruised before, being something of a cynic. But the freestyle appealed to me, as well as having two full days on the island. It was amazing. Didn't want it to end.

Wonderful staff, clean ship, great shows, large variety of food.

I really enjoy the trip and plan on going next May again

Overall, we really enjoyed the ship. It's big with tons of options for entertainment and things to do. Being at sea for several days (3 full days and 2 partial days) was no issue at all. We didn't use a lot of the amenities - like the spa or the casino - but it was really nice to be able to make the vacation our own. We were looking primarily to relax and recharge after a stressful year, and we definitely did that. The room was very comfortable - somewhat tight to maneuver in places, like around the bed, but definitely roomier than I had expected - and the balcony was heavenly. :)

This was our 7th cruise. #6 on NCL. There were lots of things to keep us busy. The staff, the food, the shows, the service, very good

It was a wonderful experience, lots of activity, and level of customer service was excellent.
