The crew was bored, boring and tired.

Great cruise. I would recommend to friends.

Could not get past the fact that there was not an adult only pool. Too many people for that one pool area.

My husband and I had a terrific time on this cruise. The ship is clean and the staff is terrific. They have layouts of the ship all over and hand out small maps so its easy to learn your way around the ship.

our group of six really enjoyed our week long cruise. It was relaxing. The massages at the spa were awesome. The food in the dining rooms and restaurants was great. The buffet was not that good. The entertainment was a lot of fun. I liked that adult only and family friendly entertainment was offered.

employees were extremely friendly and really fun! restaurants were great BEST RESTAURANT IS BAMBOO! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

This was our 2nd cruise on the NCL Dawn in 2012 (cruise twice on the Dawn in 2011). Bermuda is a great island as always. NCL could use a change in its entertainment. Last year the shows and the comedians were excellent. This year was somewhat of a letdown but I guess it's partially due to having been on the same cruise several times. After 14 cruises on NCL I will be looking at other cruiselines just for the change.

Forget about any on deck fun. We could not find deck chairs or tables during days at sea. Many deck chairs went unused foir long periods of time with only a towel on them. The model of the boat shows two pools. The one in the back was not accessable to us. Other cruse ships I've been on had more pools, better pools and plenty of seating. Charging for soft drinks is just greedy on the part of NCL.

we prefer a smaller ship....we have been on the dream and the majesty and its just easier to find your way around. pool is nice but very crowded at times, hard to get down the ladder. my daughter did have one thought and that was that you should rent walky talkies...there were many instances where we would have to find a phone and call her room to see if she was there. we have cell phones but of course they were not useable.. I understand none of the ships dock at st george's anymore but i prefer that port to heritage. We sort of got to know our wayaround there ..proximity to tobacco bay beach etc. Of course Horse Shoe Bay will always be my favorite.

Our balcony room (9098) was very nice and clean. Our room steward, Terrence (Terry) was outstanding and in great spirits all the time especially with the outrageousness that was going on. He showed great patience and consideration to all guests at all times. He should be moved up the ranks to a supervisory position, he really is that good. Which for us would have been difficult as there were over 600 children and teens on the ship that were up at all hours way past their parents bedtime. They wreaked havoc on the decks, stairways and elevators, by the way of underage drinking 18-20 signed off by their parents. They were either screaming drunk or running through the ship and the stateroom hallways. This took place every evening. As well as resetting the room signs from Do Not Disturb TO MAKE UP CABINS. It seemed to be happening after the 2am hour. This made it awful for the room stewards in the mornings when they were knocking on the MAKE UP CABIN doors. They were yelled at most mornings by guests being awakened. We have The music noise levels in some areas was so loud at times that you could cruised with Norwegian many times, (Majesty, Dream, Spirit and 2 on the Dawn). What we have found on all of the cruises is that never once has the Adult Only been enforced. From late night comedic performances which is advertised as adult only due to content to late night karaoke, not just teens, but young children were allowed there. There are a lot of things geared for the kids, which is great. Why cant there be something for Adults Only that is actually enforced other than paying 119.00 more plus gratuity to go to the spa and hide out? That, mind you closes at 10pm. Some things are greatly missed that made this particular cruise so special, for example: Champagne is no longer served when boarding. The Norwegian Dawn was a great ship. it rarely felt crowded - only during a couple of very popular events in the Stardust Theater and Spinnaker Lounge did we have any issue with seating or views. The layout was great and easy to navigate. Signage was excellent if we ever got turned around. Food venues were great, though we did not try any of the extra cost restaurants. Pool deck was very nice and not as crowded as I expected - we always found a place to sit or lounge. All of the staff, especially the entertainment, were wonderful.

ALL CREW MEMBERS WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN I GOT SICK AND HAD MTO GO HOME THEY HELPED ME GET A FLIGHT HOME AND GOT ME A CAB RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SHIP BECAUSE THEY KNEW I COULDN'T WALK.

My cruise to Bermuda was wonderful. Overall the ship was very accomodating, however the pool area was too noisy and crowded during the daytime. It seemend more appealing and attracting to a younder crowd of teenagers and kids in their twenties. The White Hot Party was disappointing since travelers in non-white clothing were aloowed to attend. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of the theme? Would love to have attended trivia activities but they were only scheduled during breakfast and dinner times. Other than that, the cruise was wonderful.

Overall, this cruise is ideal for first time cruisers or just to get away without spending an insane amount of money. The ship itself is an older ship but still has recently been refurbished therefore the appearance is up to date with some of the more newer ships. The staff on the ship was very tenative however, we found that they were not as personable as staff on other ships. Although the staff was not extremely personable, our room steward Ariel, was amazing. He was extremely personable and friendly and was always there to help us when we needed him. The overall quality of the food on the ship was good. The buffets were \"buffet quality\" but the overall selection and quality of the food seemed to be up to par with our standards. If you are looking for a classy place to eat, The Venetian and Aqua restaurants were excellent, and included in the price. Personally, I wouldnt waste my money on the specialty restaurants that you have to pay for. Surprisngly, the staterooms were rather large compared to other ships. The only flaws we found on the ship were their lack of differentiation between shows and lack of swimming pools. Their shows were very unique however, two different nights they had one lady, Geri Sager, that to be quite honest wasnt exciting at all. The pool is a typical cruise pool however, it would be beneficial if they had a second one...preferably an adults only pool. Lastly, I would recommend that they enforce the rules as far as the hot tub and night club go.

this ship is older needs updates it was clean but lots of the passage ways were close which made the boat harder to get around

I have cruised on this ship for two years. I find it very clean, the staff is excellent most of the time. Perhaps they could change some of the activities for people that have come back over the years. My overall impression is that I would recommend taking this cruise.
