it was my first experience on a cruise and i was overall blown away by all the things that was available to me. i would recommend this cruise to anyone who need to escape the everyday life.

Ship is real nice, crew was awesome! Very upsetting that i could not see the Patriots game. Will not cruise this time of year.

Very clean and I liked the ease of getting from one place to another. Plenty of places to sit and relax. I also liked the part of the deck that was the "quiet zone" away from the music, etc. Not to say the music wasn't wonderful, just sometimes you just like the quiet.

The crew were very friendly. Being a nurse, I loved the staff standing at the restaurant doors and when boarding/disembarking with their spray bottles of hand sanitizer reminding people to use it, \"Washy Washy, Happy Happy !\"

Difficult to move through the ship on one level-only possible on certain decks. Overall hard to find things on the ship. Balconies need resurfacing. Not enough onboard shopping.

My husband and I were celebrating our 6th year anniversary & we made the BEST decision ever. We were also with three other people and they had an awesome time as well.

The ship was easy to navigate and was very clean. The staff, however, were the best we have ever had on a cruise and this is the third NCL cruise we have taken! Penthouse was nice, but not worth the extra money for what the perks were. Mini-suite better value

The overall cruise from Boston to Bermuda on the Norwegian Dawn was OUTSTANDING! The staff, ship, food, atmosphere & entertainment were first rate. This is a highly recommended cruise.

Overall the cruise turned out to be a nice one. The entertainment was excellent. The menus in the main dinning rooms were basically the same for the 7 night cruise. The buffet was a bit better for variety. There are many specialty restaurants, but this is no reason to keep the menus the same in the main dinning rooms.

The ship was very clean. The activities were great. There was always numerous different types of programs going on. Our steward was the kindest and most attentive person I've ever met. My kids wanted to bring him home with us.

We were very impressed with our total experience on the Norwegian Dawn. The entertainment was spectacular. Paul Scally was hilarious, as was the Second City group. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating. \"Happy Happy\" and \"Washy Washy\" although initially annoying became welcome faces at daily meals. The food was plentiful and delicious in the Garden Cafe as well as the Venetian and Aqua Dining Rooms. We enjoyed meals at the Bamboo, Moderna, and La Cucina. Our balcony room was spacious and kept clean and tidy by our Steward. We were greeted by a different towel character nightly and we always had clean bath and pool towels. The only complaint is that disgusting tobacco smoke was pulled into our room when we opened the balcony door so we left it closed for the most part. It would be our suggestion to only allow smoking on one side of the boat for that reason. On the whole we had a most enjoyable and relaxing vacation and would recommend this cruise to anyone.

This was our second cruise with Norweigan and I was very disappointed. I realize it was a free-style cruise but boy was I disappointed that we dressed for our anniversary in the steakhouse and there were folks there in shorts. The food on the buffet was not cooked well....sometimes was so overcooked that it was dry, but hot dogs on the grill were cold in side. Breakfast was the better part of the buffet..... It was almost the same food every evening and I didn't even recognize most of it as it appeared to be UnAmerican.....

A beautiful ship with great employees. Freestyle cruising is great. You can eat when you want, where you want. The shows were fabulous.

The Norwegian Dawn is a beautiful ship. The owner's suite was wonderful, very spacious and luxurious. The staff attending us went out of their way to make our vacation one to remember. The specialty restaurants were great, especially Le Bistro, the French restaurant. Loved every minute of the trip!

i thought the ship was nice overall. lots of problems with toiletsoverflowing. the food was great. the staff friendly and hard working.i had some complaints about charges on my bill. hopefully they will be resolved. i was over-charged a couple of times.

We recently sailed on the Norwegian Dawn for the first time, and all I can say is \"Awesome!\". We knew the ship had been refurbished , but we had no idea what to expect. Flat TV's in the room made it feel larger and modern. We enjoyed the Venetian dinng room and aopted it for the entire cruise Our stateroom was cozy and compact. The balconey is a must. A front row seat for viewing spectactular sunrises and sunsets.Overall we have to say the ship was really impressive, the staff was wonderful, super friendly and knowlegeable. Very professional.
