Snippy ship crew, mediocre courtesy, hard to find entertainment, ship not for children at all, I wouldn’t ride the ship again for one eighth the price I paid, could’ve spent that money in Florida keys and had a ball I’m sure. Only good thing is I didn’t get sick from the food like I did on my last cruise. Wasn’t sure if the captain was actually steering the ship or a bunch of drunks because the ship was all over the place

We’re sold on Norwegian! We would definitely cruise with them again (soon) and would sail on the Dawn again despite its layout flaws. An exceptional trip that was a great value too!

For the money I paid it was good value. Loved the food and the service by dining room and housekeeping staff. Didn't like the upselling and lousy customer service. Cruising is too crowded and noisy for me as I'm more introverted. If you like loud, this is your cruise.

I would definitely recommend this ship for a quick getaway. The food and service were absolutely wonderful. I liked the signaling system on the door to indicate if you needed your cabin made up or do not disturb or your bed turned down.

Most everything between embarkation and disembarkation was acceptable. Those two areas, though, left much to be desired.

Employees seem unhappy unhelpful unwilling to help simple requests about seating due to autistic child

We had a great time!! The weather was wonderful! Had lots of fun on the ship!

Try Carnival, Disney or Royal Caribbean before Norwegian. There isn’t enough to entertain you on the ship during at sea days and the food leaves little to be desired. It can take 20 minutes to get a drink at the Topside Bar and reservations are hard to get at premium restaurants.

We liked the experience, but it was more trouble than fun or relaxing and not worth the cost. Save a few dollars and go to a resort in Orlando instead.

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed every part. Even the windy wavy day. We were all walking funny that day.

Was not impressed at all, disappointing! Can of coke $4.14 Bingo $39.-$69. Outrageous!!!!

Overall, the cruise was okay. If this had been my first or only cruise on NCL, I would NOT sail with them again. It started with the lack of care and concern at embarkation and that same level of service was continued throughout the cruise. The communication of staff to travelers was not good, the quality of the food was not as good as I've experienced on previous NCL sailings. The overall staff was not friendly and welcoming and the entertainment in the secondary venues (lounges, etc), was not good or entertaining. I had to have a total of 3 service calls to my cabin for repairs 1 for the 110 outlets and 2 for the air conditioning, which I was forced to go without one night. This was NOT my best experience on NCL.

Cruise had a lot of hiccups phones weren’t working toilet wouldn’t flush wait time for food ridiculous wait time to get off at the port horrible

We enjoyed our cruise very much everything about the ship and ports were amazing. The entertainment was great. The bingo nights were a lot of fun. Drink package is a must on these cruises. The speciality restaurants 5star for sure.

This was one of the worse, you’re not even allowed to do your own laundry they do it for you with a high cost I def won’t be cruising with them ever again

As an adult, cruise was great...for my kids I should've down more research.

Perfect getaway to relax, days at sea are perfect to de-stress.

Our toilet did not flush for first day and a half. After it was fixed the toilet leaked and wasn't fixed till the night before the cruise ended. Ships maintenance has a bit to be desired. Fought with guest services the whole cruise. Snide comments from them and failure to accomplish fixing a leaky toilet. Got to enjoy having waste water in the toilet area almost whole cruise

Great trip with a three year old!! Kids pool was awesome but all the way in back of boat very hard to find.
