Snippy ship crew, mediocre courtesy, hard to find entertainment, ship not for children at all, I wouldn’t ride the ship again for one eighth the price I paid, could’ve spent that money in Florida keys and had a ball I’m sure. Only good thing is I didn’t get sick from the food like I did on my last cruise. Wasn’t sure if the captain was actually steering the ship or a bunch of drunks because the ship was all over the place

We went onboard with a 2 year old and could not leave her to be cared for, and the camp for the other children held them until the scheduled time the camp ended no matter if we decided we wanted them to leave the camp. The experienced a not so nice camp leader and so did my wife

The room stewards were excellent , Butler I didn’t see the need for but ok, and the toilet stopped working and the maintenance worker showed up with serious attitude telling me that he had come for days and couldn’t get in room because of a do not disturb sign, which left me confused because we had not reported anything but an hour prior , I told him I knew nothing about maintenance coming prior or toilet issue prior and his response was “you been living here how could you not know”. So if you like being treated disrespectfully , then this may be the ship for you

Way too old for my liking, wasn’t sure if I was on the Titanic
I went to a day at the beach booked through BJ travel , was not what I hoped for and you will be bombarded with people selling merchandise, however the locals are extremely pleasant which deserves a high rating
I agree ! My April 7th sailing had plumbing issues, a/c issues, electrical fire.... the plumber would unblock the line several times daily outside the cabin.... guest services gave attitude when we called about it saying they can’t control it!
