Review summary

Before this cruise the negative reviews or complaining I read I thought ppl were expecting everything on a silver plate. After the cruise it's hard to say if I'll ever try ncl again. The food was So bland over cooked and just blah! It wasnt until the last night (night 4) that we had a meal that was good. The staff In the aqua was getting yelled at by apparently a supervisor in the middle of the restaurant. There was always something to do on the ship and my daughter loved the kids club for the 13-17. The shows at night were amazing. All and all we had a good time but the food and friendliness of employees lacked so bad on the ship!

We just got off the Dawn! I can not say enough how great the staff where! Our cabin steward Rene was the best! The staff kept us entertained all day and the shows at night were awesome! I guess you get what you give!!!!!!

My April 7 sailing had a good crew except Guest Services....they were the worst. Many problems on board and they did their best to maintain. I made it a good cruise but booked at a way better value on Celebrity next year

Not experienced other cruise lines but I thought the staff were wonderful on the Dawn the customers not always so much but the staff yes!!

People below me never! when employees are getting yelled at in the middle of dinner and or your food is bland or tough you expect what you would out of a restaurant that's all!

Been on the Dawn twice, I WISH their staff was on every other NCL cruise I have taken! Not one complaint with any of my cruises. I suppose if you think the staff is below you, then what do you expect ! A smile and hello go a long way!

I have Been on the Dawn 3 times and never experienced what you are talking about. Every time the food and service was fantastic.
