Food wasn’t as great as it could have been. However, did not go to specialty Dinning. Woke up to pounding noises outside of balcony at least 4 mornings in a row around 8am due to maintenance. (This is an old ship) Activities catered more towards elderly crowds. However, the comedian was great we really enjoyed him. The itinerary was the reason we cruised with NCL. It was a quiet and relaxing cruise. Sad to find out there was no crab or lobster night on these ships. Had to wait quite some time for service at meals. Overall it was a good cruise but there were things that we missed which Royal Carribean offers and NCL does not. We will most likely continue to cruise with Royal Carribean in the future.

Really enjoyed the Dawn. She may be an older and smaller ship, but she has one of the friendliest and attentive crews. Balcony Family Suite was perfect!

The ship was clean. The food was so so not the best. I had a bad experience with the duty free store, but that's okay they pick and choose who they wanted to help. Inspight of my negative vibes with my experience on this ship I have to say my stewardess was thee best from day one till the end thank you Chona for all that you did. I've been a loyal customer with Ncl think it's time to switch up.

The Dawn is a Great ship not too big. Staff and food were excellent. 2nd time on NCL cruise and loved it.

The cruise was amazing. The couple of issues we had with our room were taken care of immediately (safe batteries were low and the closet door hinges came off. All of the ports had good excursions available but I was very disappointed in St Lucia because they canceled my snorkeling excursion (they said due to lack of participation). How does not enough people want to snorkel? All in all, it was wonderful!

This was a very enjoyable cruise. Loved the staff on the Dawn. The service was outstanding.

Very contented with this cruise. I had such a great time. Will use Norwegian lines again.

Nice ship a bit small but wonderful. Great staff and nice onboard shopping. The only thing I did not like was the Tropical Four band they were ok with Spanish music but TERRIBLE with Caribbean music. The cruise line could do much better in terms of Caribbean entertainment to give the cruisers a true sense of the Caribbean on and off the ship.

I love the updates since my 2015 cruise on the Dawn. She is as beautiful as ever and has a great crew. The shows were not the best, and neither was the food. I still had a great time for the price point and enjoyed the people on board.

Great cruise. We love the islands. Can’t wait to go back.

Great Ship Norweigan Dawn , terrific crew always cheerful and helpful and they do to above and beyond to assist passengers anyway possible to make your trip the best.

So very glad that NCL offers this round trip Caribbean Cruise out of Boston. It is close to home so we don't have to fly anywhere and 14 days is perfect. We had a wonderful cruise and will do it again in March, 2019.

One of my most enjoyable trips! I was a little nervous about cruising on the Dawn as it is a smaller and older ship, but all my doubts were put to rest. The ship did show sobre minute wear and tear, but the cabins were recently updated and the decor, size, and layout were amazing. The entertainment was phenomenal and the staff were very friendly and approachable!

The cruise from Boston and returning from Boston was a first. This was so easy I'll do it again. The Norwegian Dawn is probably my least favorite ship I've ever been on for reasons listed above. The best part of the cruise is always the people you meet along the way. Fellow cruisers, along with the 7 port stops was the highlight for me.

We went on a 14 day cruise out of Boston on NCL Dawn, Overall this was a good 1st cruise. This is not a typical or regular cruise out of Boston. Over 75 % of the cruise passengers, were repeat cruiser. There were few children on this cruise, I think around 15 in total. Most cruisers were over 50 yrs of age. We met many nice people. We hope to cruise again

Trip good, but had two excursions canceled by ship. Tried to get refund, but only got run around. They owe me a refund of $725. But did not send refund. Called, they said they see the oversite, but now they will send account to accounting. Should take another 4 to 6 weeks for check to be sent. But they took payment by credit card for what we bought aboard the Norwegian Dawn immediately from my account. What a rip off. Not happy

Cruise was good. Shame that they make announcements early every morning. Has to miss PEI due to weather with hurricane force winds and 22+ foot waves. Windows blown out on level 7 in casino and french restaurant. Otherwise they did well considering the extreme weather

Poor guest service! Ports of call great area! Food service ok! People smoking in the casino! Non smoker could not enjoy the area! Lacking area for social activities!

The food was the same everyday expected more seafood. Entertainment could have been better. The best thing I got out of it was acupuncture
