Review summary
Trip good, but had two excursions canceled by ship. Tried to get refund, but only got run around. They owe me a refund of $725. But did not send refund. Called, they said they see the oversite, but now they will send account to accounting. Should take another 4 to 6 weeks for check to be sent. But they took payment by credit card for what we bought aboard the Norwegian Dawn immediately from my account. What a rip off. Not happyEmbarkation
