Review summary

My only concern is the absence of assistance for mobility challenged people that had to wait in line for hours. Is there a plan B? I understand the extraordinary circumstances, but I do not understand the lack of assistance or communication on the part of NCL. It was a good thing that it wasn't raining. I also would appreciate the vaccination protocol being re-established in order to sail.

There are two stages to wheelchair assistance. Which was your problem area? Stage one is the port staff where they take you from the terminal entry way through the port checkin and drop you off in the last waiting room before boarding. Stage two is the ship staff where they take you from the waiting area to wherever you want to go on the ship (room, dining, etc.) and drop you off there. Many delays are possible, jerks cutting the line, number of folks needing help, small number of chairs, ability to return to the pick up area. Seen them all before the wife got new knees.
