Boston to Bermuda! by jdrisdel

Overall our cabin was very comfortable and roomy. Our steward was on top of keeping our room fresh and clean. The only complaint we can make is that the walls are very thin and we, unfortunately, had very loud neighbors who fought at 5:00 a.m., midnight, 2:00 a.m., actually all day and night! Soundproofing would be our only suggestion.

Always a pleasure to sail on the NCL Dawn. by babsofthecape

Size of cabin & bath were good. Cleanliness good. Balcony could have been bigger and cleaner. Have had nicer cabins and balconies on other cruise lines. Prefer a balcony with chaise lounge for reading comfort vs. an uncomfortable chair.

Expectations Not Met on Bermuda Cruise by IndianaCruiser3

We knew that we would be cramped with 3 of us in the cabin. The bathroom is nice that there is a door for the toilet area. I was sent an e-mail from NCL that said I could bid for a better room -- an upgrade. It stated that our booking agent could take us through the procedure. When I called her, she was unaware of the practice, e-mail, etc. and didn't know how to do it. We didn't want to try it on our own but if someone had been able to tell us what to do, we may well have opted to bid for a slightly larger cabin. The cabin steward kept it clean--she just was not always prompt in getting it done. She found us a 3rd chair for our balcony and that was awesome...we did tip her extra bc the room was clean.
