Review summary
We are experienced cruisers, (Sapphire level Latitude reward members with NCL). This cruise was the worst. As other reviews have commented, there was NOTHING special about it, the crew was non-energetic, simply going through the motions of a normal work day. Cadre staff walk around like "superior beings" not smiling or greeting customers and never trying to "lead by example" in helping new staff (which of course is due to the pandemic). Moral on this ship must be at an all time LOW, and the customers saw it and felt it!Embarkation
