My wife and I had a wonderful experience on our cruise. It was a much-needed vacation and we couldn't have asked for a better time. This was our second Norwegian Dawn cruise and both times we have been very satisfied with the crew, the food, and the ports of call. The entertainment this cruise was absolutely amazing! We met some great people and this experience will be a wonderful memory for us. Thanks for everything!

Our service until the last evening in the Aqua and Venetian was kind of slow but really, we had all the time in the world, so I won't complain. It was just unusual for us to have this happen on a cruise.

Rauth or Ralth, he was from India and was our waiter in the Aqua dining room on Friday evening. He was so fun and did a very good job!

Cabin / Stateroom
Our room was very comfortable and our steward Arif was so kind.
We had a wonderful tour guide who made the hour and half bus ride to the Mayan Ruins very fun! She was so proud of her heritage and her city. The guide at the Ruins was great too! He was so knowledgeable and made the trip worth every penny.
We went ziplining! It was great and something everyone should do once in their life! My wife enjoyed the beautiful beach (best so far) and I went snorkeling. Beautiful place!
We didn't plan any shore excursions in Costa Maya but did walk downtown a ways. There was nothing there. the shopping was all right but the shopkeepers were a little pushy and some were rude when you didn't buy anything.
