Overall average. We went on the cruise to visit with friends and family that were also traveling so the ports weren't really a concern. Ship is large but rooms are smaller than almost every other ship we've been on considering we were booked in a Club Balcony Suite. Free at Sea offers from NCL made the cruise reasonable to go on.

This was my first cruise and I had a fantastic time! The ship was awesome with great food and service. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy and my favorite place on the ship was the Thermal Spa! I would definitely sail with Norwegian again. I can’t wait until my next cruise, I’m hooked!

I would consider going on a Norwegian cruise again because I liked the flexibility with dinner reservations, etc. but they would have to regain my trust due to lack of communication about issues and changes. They skipped the one port I really wanted to visit, Roatan, for the 3rd or 4th straight cruise according to staff. The Captain has claimed different reasons everytime, but this time he claimed it was wind. The boat did not get within 5 miles of port before turning away from the island. The Carnival ship of similar size docked their about 15 minutes before we were supposed to. The kids club was advertised as open on their website up until cruise time, but we got an email 5 days beofre the cruise saying it would be closed with no explanation why. We were traveling with 2 kids under 12 which meant there was no available child care for the adults to have a nice adult night at dinner and bars. Very dissappointing.

This was another great NCL cruise on a beautiful ship.

Very disappointed that the Veterans appreciation was absolutely the worst. Such a disrespect to our Veterans. There wasn't even a NCL representative that showed up. We all just sat and talked. Nothing was actually planned. Other than that it was amazing. Met great people, ate great food and entertainment was exceptional.

After v3 previous cancellations due to covid it was great to finally get out on a ship again. after having done a large ship my personal preference tends to br drawn to the smaller more intimate cruisesd

This cruise was a great return to cruising after a 2+ year hiatus. The crew and staff were amazing, as were the restaurants, bars and entertainment offerings.

This was a great cruise with great experiences. The staff couldn’t have been better and the ship was kept extremely clean

Overall it was a good trip. I would say for a shop that was updated in 2018 there are a lot of places and items that need to be replaced and updated. The biggest need I see is more places for plug in outlets.

Disappointed in the cost of the cruise which was advertised starting at $749 but ended up being over $1,600. Some costs, e.g. $15.50 per day service charge added without prior knowledge. Several food items on the buffet that were supposed to be hot were cold and tasteless. The three shore excursions that I took all departed late having to stand in line up to 45 minutes. Two were very overpriced in my opinion. Ship’s staff and crews were friendly and helpful.

It was only 50% capacity. The crew was amazing and you could tell they were happy to be back sailing. We spoke with many who told us their stories of dealing with the pandemic and getting home and what they did while waiting. Zero complaints!

We had a great time on this cruise. The weather was great except for our last port of call, which could not be avoided. The 3 ports we did visit exceeded our expectations.

This is our third cruise on a major line. We were pleased with the accommodations, the staff and the setting. The food and pool were disappointing. One thing I neglected to do was check out the excursions on a site like Trip Review before boarding. I'd definitely advise future travelers to do so.

All in all, for our first cruise, we can't recommend this ship enough. We are considering a cruise in the summer of '23 to the Mediterranean and the islands of Greece. The Breakaway has some tours through there, so we are looking into that. All in all, it was amazing.

It was wonderful trip. We were so happy to be back on a cruise and can’t wait for the next one.

Overall we really enjoyed it. The weather did put a damper on the week, but not the cruise lines fault!

Last minute decision. Very good cruise. Will definately go with Norwegian again.

Overall a good winter cruise to warm areas. The ports and activities were average in offerings but still enjoyable and interesting.

We knew we loved NCL. We knew we loved the Haven. We knew we loved the Breakaway. We didn't know how much Covid would change it. Covid didn't change any of it. It was the best cruise we have ever taken. My husband said it was the best birthday he has ever celebrated.
