Overall average. We went on the cruise to visit with friends and family that were also traveling so the ports weren't really a concern. Ship is large but rooms are smaller than almost every other ship we've been on considering we were booked in a Club Balcony Suite. Free at Sea offers from NCL made the cruise reasonable to go on.

Port was overly crowded and reservation time we requested was not honored. It was a first come, first served scenario vs honoring the time people had requested when doing the online check in process.

Food was average quality but unfortunately was always brought out somewhat cooler than we would all have liked.

Ropes course and water slides were a nice touch. Pool was clean but very overcrowded (as on all cruise ships it seems).

Some were excellent, some were average. The band that plays in Syd Norman's pub were excellent and the Fleetwood Mac show was outstanding.

Very small room and the storage for clothes is dismal. Not a single drawer to put things in. Bathroom was nice though; double sink and nice size shower. FYI, We did the same type room on the NCL Jade and it was larger and had much better storage for your items.
Nice area to swim in the sea but NCL (who owns the Island) charges for food and drink rather than doing like other cruise lines who allow you to bring your food and drink privileges ashore. Not a show stopper but more of a "huh". Glass bottom boat ride excursion was a "not much to see" so I would recommend you do something else with your time.
