Norwegian has some great things. But the fun lacks

What a great cruise...the weather wasn’t the best but we made the most out of it. Great Stirrup Cay was beautiful and we were so happy to be able to stop there. The staff and crew really made the cruise in my opinion. We were treated very well!! Love NCL!!

The service was very bad. We didn't find any of the staff to be friendly, just overworked and overwhelmed. We were overcharged by hundreds of dollars, and happy that we thought to check before we left on the last day. We got a finalized bill that was $250 less than they tried to charge us. We requested our gratuities back (and got them) because the service was so subpar. Edited to add: checked my credit card today and they put an additional $50 charge in my card AFTER receiving my final bill. I've disputed it with my CC company. They have no idea what they are doing at NCL.

Overall we would probably come back to Norwegian for the nightlife and party atmosphere on the pool deck

We had the best time and met some awesome people. I would always travel with NCL, but I will have to confirm newer beds first. I’m seriously having back pain from ours.

I had my wedding on this cruise. I definitely had a good time but it could have been better. This cruise is smaller than cruises i am used to so I did feel like the layout of this cruise was enclosed. The service I got on this cruise from bartenders and guest services was not the best. I felt like I was bothering them most of the time. I did have the drinking package though and the drinks were delicious most of the time. None of the staff were ever on the same page when it came to guest questions. I did not like the food at the buffet at all but I did enjoy the complimentary breakfast locations at the sit down restaurants. I did have the specialty dining package and those experiences were great! Especially the hibachi restaurant! Literally one of the best meals I have ever had! The room/janitorial staff were great! They made beautiful towel animals. The onboard activities were not fun in my opinion and the entertainment staff that coordinated onboard activities were rude at times. However, the entertainment staff that starred in the broadway type shows were breath taking! Overall, I did have a good time but there is always room for improvement.

We’ve been back for 8 days and have had so much fun on our first cruise we are asking ourselves When can we go again!

It was my first Norwegian cruise and my first out of the school year. Will I do Norwegian again? I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it.

Enjoyed because with siblings. Didn’t have very good choices on shows.

Overall, this was a good cruise. We enjoyed the shows and the excursions. The crew was exactly what we’ve always had on NCL, incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to talk to most of the department chiefs, including the Captain, at a meet and greet. Every one of them wanted our opinion, good or bad. Captain Candrlic was great! He was really sociable and happily answered a couple questions I had.

Good cruise crowded for sure. Make reservation ahead of time if you want a good time. The bartenders are not customer friendly even after you tip them we think they were overwhelmed. Have fun you are on vacation.

This was our 2nd cruise on the Breakaway and 3rd NCL cruise. Went with group of 13 and had a great time. My husband and I like NCL’s freestyle dining. On the Breakaway you can do as much as you want or as little as you want. All the staff we came in contact were very friendly. Will definitely be sailing NCL again.

Although our seas were a bit rocky, we still had a very enjoyable experience. Sadly, of my three NCL cruises, this one was our least favorite. The staffing issues and hit or miss food options soured some of our experience.

Recommend a back to back cruise if you can do it. It was a lot of fun.

Nice ship and stateroom, good restaurants but ports were lacking and the ship was too crowded. 3 out of 5 stars overall.

Had a very nice cruise, had to learn a lot because it was my first one. I will be back.

Will not do Norwegian Breakaway Again a few of the thing were good but most Were not

This cruise was good, but I will probably avoid this ship in the future. It was not bad by any means, and I had a great time, but something felt "off" with the ship and crew. I can't put my finger on what it was but it was there. Grand Cayman and Cozumel were wonderful ports, but give Jamaica a miss. I had a great time over all and can't wait to sail with NCL again!

This is a Great ship and looking forward to our next one

I would definitely use NCL again. There were lots of things to do and see. They took care of us on the sea and land!
