This was our 2nd cruise on the Breakaway and 3rd NCL cruise. Went with group of 13 and had a great time. My husband and I like NCL’s freestyle dining. On the Breakaway you can do as much as you want or as little as you want. All the staff we came in contact were very friendly. Will definitely be sailing NCL again.

Loved the new show SIX. Saw Burn the Floor last year but enjoyed seeing it again. The Magician and Comedians were good. Went to Howl at the Moon one night, different entertainers from last year. Don’t take your young one after 11 as it got pretty raunchy after that.

Ship is very clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was very clean. Didn’t hear any noise from other cabins. Bed and pillows comfortable. Bed by the closet instead of by balcony doors. Nice big aft balcony, just not in cabin much to enjoy it. Good location to the aft elevators.
Ship tip
Book entertainment, excursions and specialty restaurants before you cruise, if not go directly to the kiosks as soon as you board.
Took a van to beach for 3 hours $24 per person round trip. Once on the beach I think it was $5 to rent a lounger, I think wifi was included. Food and drinks available for purchase.
Regarding the cabana, I’m not sure if we could have done it prior, we were on board and got the last one. Also, I bought cruise next certicates and was able to use the $50 shore excursion perk so dropped the price significantly. It holds 8 but we were able to pay $50 total for the other 2 and that $50 went on another cabin so was able to use another shore excursion credit. We loved it!
Glad you enjoyed your cruise. We are going March 7th..can't wait. Question on the GSC cabana. Did you have to wait till you were on board to reserve? I don't see cabana rentals on the online excursion options?
