Review summary

The good points were: coffee pots in room, plenty of tables at the buffet, entertainment was very professional, diverse. Mystic Magic band was outstanding.

Food served cold at dinner, not very tasty and the service was ridiculously slow. Two evenings we left without ordering dessert after waiting a half an hour each time for the dessert menus. Ordered ribeye at Cagney’s Steakhouse, received a New York Strip, cold and tasteless. After waiting so long, I would not order another. The offer for a deluxe drink package was not used the first two days as there were only a few bars open and people were standing at them 3 deep and a wait staff was nonexistent. The staff at the buffet was strictly for bussing tables. They didn’t even refill a coffee cup.

Disembarkation

Turned nearly everyone loose at the same time, causing along time to stand in lines and inability to get an elevator. I assume this was to get everyone out of there rooms and the public areas where we could have remained seated comfortably. Norwegian should really study Royal Caribbean’s Oasis to see how a huge amount of people disembark orderly and comfortably.

Ports unsatisfactory, only had a few hours in St Thomas. The ship was alright but very crowded. Standing room only at a lot of the shows.
