Coffee is horrible other than that very enjoyable shows were great didn’t enjoy Turing the clock ahead then you had to turn it back I think we did it 3 or 4 times didn’t have enough time in the last port due to the clocks being turn ahead

I wish this review could be positive and saying all the great things about NCL, but I’ve had quite the opposite of that experience. If you’re looking for a cruise line that loses your luggage then blames you when you followed instructions and did everything right, then Norwegian is the cruise line for you! We had a 7-day cruise with no luggage, no medicine, none of our necessities. We were provided with a t-shirt that didn’t fit, a small comb, a q-tip, toothbrush, and an “I’m sorry.” I tried to get any explanation at all from Norwegian after the cruise and 3 months later I’ve gotten two pre-typed emails that is as far from genuine as possible. If you want a nightmare cruise experience, go Norwegian!

It's weird to sail on a half-empty ship (only 1600 passengers out of 3900 capacity) but it was so nice to just walk-up anywhere we wanted. Even on sea days there were plenty of pool chairs open, no lines for waterslides, and every night it was no problem getting a table at any restaurant! NCL's safety policies are as good as they can be -- it's interesting that airlines will let any Joe Schmo on a plane crammed with people, whereas the cruise lines are all doing a MUCH better job with vaccination checks, onsite testing, etc! I felt much safer on the ship than I did walking around crowded streets or in the busy airport New Year's Day, for sure.

Great, relaxing cruise thanks to low capacity! The staff was all excellent, friendly and helpful. And thanks to others canceling, the ship was probably half full which allowed us to get upgraded to the Haven. It was relaxing and the weather was great and that’s what it was all about for us! Now we’re back in frigid Chicago!

Overall, NCL exceeded our expectations! The staff was phenomenal and the entertainment first class! Will cruise again with NCL!

The ship is nice yet the smoking areas were too plentiful for my sensitivity. The activities left something to be desired, and the best parties were too late...10:30pm. Overall nice experience.

Had a good cruise once they let us on the ship. Least thing we liked was the food. Much better on other cruise lines.

I am a Norwegian fan so I really enjoyed this cruise. Because of the limited capacity there were rarely more than 2 people in the elevators and lots of chairs to sun. There were rarely any lines so it was enjoyable. The crew is always so friendly and encouraging to washy washy even before the pandemic. This was my 17th cruise and I was really ready to cruise again so myself, my son, my granddaughter and another granddaughter and her husband enjoyed every minute.

This was our first time cruising in the Haven on the NCL Breakaway. It was a great vacation.

I went to the cruise directors desk and was told our final bill was not the $3400 that was charged to it. 2 days later the full $3400 was taken from my account. I disputed it every way I could they still refused to give me the 2700 they owed me for things I did not want or agree to. It was my first cruise and I love this type of vacation. I will never travel on a Norwegian cruise again. The theft of $2700 and the lying by the staff about it reflects on the integrity of the company. In short, they are fraudulent thieves that dare you to sue them!

The cruise overall was really a nice, relaxing week. We enjoyed ourselves. The ship only being a little less thenn 50% capacity made the lines at meals and elevators an ease.

There are a lot of CoVID testing hoops to jump through but both NCL and made sure we were all prepared and things went smoothly

All specialty restaurants were very underwhelming.
