Review summary

I went to the cruise directors desk and was told our final bill was not the $3400 that was charged to it. 2 days later the full $3400 was taken from my account. I disputed it every way I could they still refused to give me the 2700 they owed me for things I did not want or agree to. It was my first cruise and I love this type of vacation. I will never travel on a Norwegian cruise again. The theft of $2700 and the lying by the staff about it reflects on the integrity of the company. In short, they are fraudulent thieves that dare you to sue them!

IMO not enough facts to substantiate the accusation. All aspects of the review given low ratings, long before the end of cruise.

Sounds like this hd something to do with the cruisenext promotions. Norwegian is my favorite cruise line and I travel with them alot never had an issue like this.

Thanks for the review. More details are needed on what the Cruise Line “stole” from you. Was it for gratuities, Excursions, Drinks, Spa Treatments, etc. that are generally not part of the base fare? It’s always important to read and understand the details of what you are booking and agreeing to. Many apparently just click OK and never read the details.
