I went to the cruise directors desk and was told our final bill was not the $3400 that was charged to it. 2 days later the full $3400 was taken from my account. I disputed it every way I could they still refused to give me the 2700 they owed me for things I did not want or agree to. It was my first cruise and I love this type of vacation. I will never travel on a Norwegian cruise again. The theft of $2700 and the lying by the staff about it reflects on the integrity of the company. In short, they are fraudulent thieves that dare you to sue them!Embarkation
