Three hours in line for testing seemed like complete disorganization. Did not leave until 7.30.

I have been on ncl before as a matter of fact only ncl. I have always enjoyed the food. For some reason this time it seemed less than what it was and definitely less than what I was used to.

Onboard Activities

The staff was engaging and friendly. The onboard activities seemed lack luster from past sailings. My biggest complaint would have to be the cruise director Alvin. The two times I saw him actually out and about or doing an activity he was very much bot engaging. I have had amazing cruise directors before that made it feel like it was a nonstop joy ride, made you feel engaged and like ncl was personally there for you. Alvin made it feel like he was just doing a job and almost seemed bothered by it. That was the least enthusiastic glow party start I have ever experienced. His once a day announcements were lack luster and pointless. On other cruises, the director would be on almost every hour letting you know what was going on where.

I just got off the Breakaway today. Terrible Experience onboard. Bermuda was amazing.
