Review summary

I wish this review could be positive and saying all the great things about NCL, but I’ve had quite the opposite of that experience. If you’re looking for a cruise line that loses your luggage then blames you when you followed instructions and did everything right, then Norwegian is the cruise line for you! We had a 7-day cruise with no luggage, no medicine, none of our necessities. We were provided with a t-shirt that didn’t fit, a small comb, a q-tip, toothbrush, and an “I’m sorry.” I tried to get any explanation at all from Norwegian after the cruise and 3 months later I’ve gotten two pre-typed emails that is as far from genuine as possible. If you want a nightmare cruise experience, go Norwegian!

The two stars is just because most of the staff were great. But customer service was awful. Don’t expect to get any help when you need it.

Common areas could’ve been better. There was a cigar lounge that made everything around it smell like smoke, including the nice Italian restaurant.

Did an excursion to gumbalimba, which was fun. But the actual ride to the park was a disaster. The bus was extremely small, we could barely fit as we are both tall people.
