If this was my first NCL cruise, it would have been my last. Health protocols were few and far between, long lines for every service desk, restaurant, and bar. Crew did the best they could but they were understaffed and NCL should have capped capacity accordingly.

This was our first time on NCL, compared to other cruise lines this was a disappointment.

Overall great experience! Met a lot of nice people and the food and drinks where plenty and nice. There where some improvement points but that mostly has to do with the fact that the ship is back to full capacity and not the staff. If you can overlook these start up problems you will have a superb vacation.

Amazing first cruise. Got the cruise next deposits and already looking out for the next one!

Great family vacation. Clean nice ship. Can be as relaxing or busy as you choose. 3 generations, all enjoyed it!!

We are raising now teenaged grandkids and desperately need a break from the drama and chaos the age is known for. For the first time in ages we fully relaxed. I didn't have to cook, he didn't have to drive for kid schedules. We didn't even have to make our beds. The excursions lifted the adventure to an entirely new level. It was a slice of heaven!

This was our first cruise and although the staff on the ship were great. I would not do this again. We went to get away and relax which is difficult to do when you feel you are being herded Some places it felt like you were just being packed in and with covid you have to decide how packed in with other people you want to be. This type of vacation was not for us as the trip off the ship and home stressed us out along with others on the bus

We booked a post cruise excursion to get us back to Ft. Lauderdale. We weren’t told until we got to our room that it was canceled. Had to scramble to find something instead of enjoying my trip. They should have told us before via email.

Great way to get away with good food, lots to do and a nice itinerary.

It was a solid/good cruise despite the issues. If those issues hadn't happened then it would've been a great cruise.

It was very enjoyable for most of the trip but Cozumel kind of ruined the entire experience for me and I'm still trying to calm down again.

Bar outside Sid Normans 8th floor. In the afternoon Dr. L comes on duty. He is the bartender that is entertaining and a lot of fun. He remembers most names. He also is bartender inside Sid Normans at night. Spent a lot of time there. Was our meeting place.

It was a wonderful cruise. No complaints. When your on a cruise ship how can you be having a bad time ❤️

Great weather, good service, food was okay, entertainment was poor.

After all this, we still have two more booked with NCL BREAKAWAY. once you lower your expectations from what "once was" to "what is", It was a reasonable experience. Heading down there in DEC, and again next APRIL. We WILL book PRIMA after we do a little more research...We also cruise other lines and they are a product of the times as well....

The 7 day cruise was amazing and we enjoyed every single day with fun and relaxation. Great time and experience.

Going back in January 2023. Have been several times. Enjoy the time away and the relaxation and special service provided!

The cruise that could have been. Everything was set up, but a combination of Norwegian booking errors and not being able to get to the port stop we were looking forward to put a damper on it.
