It was very enjoyable for most of the trip but Cozumel kind of ruined the entire experience for me and I'm still trying to calm down again.

Took a couple hours, not too bad.

Food and Dining

Mostly tasty although could use a bit more selection.
Garden Café

Decent buffet. Not sure why only half was open at a time though, could have used more space.
O'Sheehan's Neighborhood Bar and Grille

Delicious food for the most part. The water tasted like Mildew on the first day though.
The Bake Shop

Really delicious.
Onboard Activities

The hot tubs are almost always full, and they close them very early, which makes no sense to me (they close at ten even in the clubs that are open til 2, and everyone knows night swimming is the best). The pools have a lot of events around them so there isn't much opportunity for swimming. They are usually over-filled, and I'm told this cruise is only half full, so I doubt I'd be interested in one with a full ship since it will be too crowded. Also there are a lot of very rude people on board who will just leave their stuff near a place you can sit in the pool and then disappear for half an hour so no one can use anything because invisible people have saved the spots. Feels like elementary school.

Not open long enough, didn't get to try it, was too busy.
Entertainment

They set a pretty low bar. I didn't see the paid shows but the cover bands were pretty terrible. We went to a few presentations but they were more advertisement than informative. Mostly trying to get us to buy art and diamonds when we really just came to relax. I would really have loved a real seminar about how to shop in Cozumel safely without putting yourself in danger or losing hundreds of dollars to scam artists instead of a seminar about where to buy diamonds.
Spice H2O

It's our favorite spot on the ship but once they had an event it was too packed for the rest of the trip. No room in pools or tubs and they (pools/tubs) are often closed for no reason as well. The bartender here got my drink wrong seven times. Even after repeating out loud "Scotch and Pepsi" back to me.
Children's Programs
No kids with me
Service and Staff

Room stewards and waiters were generally great. Bblut this category also includes bartenders so I marked it down two stars because they got my drink order correct once out of eight attempts. And it's not a complicated order. Scotch and Pepsi, NOT Scotch and Soda. But they make it wrong every time even after repeating the word Pepsi back to you. SO AGGRAVATING.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Clean and fancy
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Very cramped, but clean and fancy. The only thing I don't like is how the shower keeps all the hot air in the tube (it doesn't even fill the bathroom) and thus when you step out you freeze to death.
Ship tip
The nicest, most relaxing place on board in my opinion is the back of the ship on deck 8, right above the engines.
I would not return to this port. I was harassed pretty much the entire time I was there and at one point it got a bit scary. I had to walk out of a shop to not feel like I was about to be attacked, and then I had to walk back in because I had left my two female friends in a dark room with four big scary-looking dudes and was scared something would happen. After this I immediately left and re-boarded the ship, losing six hours of the time in port, because every person who talked to us felt extremely hostile. It felt like since we had walked out of that one store, everyone on the street knew and was giving us eyes. It was extremely scary and I would never set foot there again. If I ever have the money to go on a cruise again in my lifetime, I will avoid this stop. Before this happened I was having a great vacation but now I'm right back in the throes of deep anxiety that sent me here in the first place. Moreover, there were no seminars or events to assist us with shopping here. There was one that SHOULD have done that, but they ended up telling us nothing about shopping customs and everything about the entire history of diamonds and the diamond trade. Which I couldn't care less about.
@Taien, I agree. They are quite aggressive. 5 gentlemen (?) trying to intimidate you into going into their shops. Maybe they need to see how things are done here in the states.
Cozumel is amazing not sure where you were but have never ever in the ten time I have been there felt what you are describing—I even take taxi cabs places here and don’t even speak Spanish
Sorry this happened
Thanks for the review. Not sure how much you have cruised or traveled, but Cozumel is one of the most popular / safest ports in the Caribbean. The vendors can be aggressive, but just ignore them and keep walking. There are much better options than shopping in Cozumel - snorkeling, catamaran sails, Mayan Ruins tours, dolphin swims, nice beach clubs, etc.
