We used Amtrak to get to New York which was much better than driving especially getting home. Comfortable ride. Ship was very clean and food was good. Getting old so was better able to control portions at the buffet -- specialty restaurants very generous with portions. Moderna has exceptional salad bar and would return just for it and the grilled pineapple as desert.

We enjoyed getting away. It was not a great time but cant do anything about the weather.The crew was great , ship clean, food good no issues with anything. However tested positive for covid our first day home.

I like the shows, people, views and food a lot. People are nice and friendly on the boats.

The computer star rating given by this site is 2 stars. This isn't accurate, at best it is 1 and 1/2 or lower. It was too big of a ship with too many guests. All areas were crowded with limited area to sit, so you had to go back to your cabin unless you wanted to sit in the dinning area. WIFI is poor, and the onboard App is horrible. This was my first and last experience with Norwegian.

Horrible experience, indecent operation Food are good, cruise members are super nice and happy. However the Casino on boat is horrible, operate at very unprofessional way and super indecent. Especially, never never never play poker tournament. Basically, the dealers, the managers lie about it, they almost forfeit all buy in cash. Drive every one nuts.

We traveled with a group of friends and had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed our New England experience. Especially enjoyed the lobster and the friendly folks we met along the way.

I could see giants stadium from the 16th floor but there was no tv was told no tv in port but we had tv in all the other ports. First day at the buffet I had powdered mashed potatoes with gravy because you couldnt chew the meat. The duck at le bistro you couldnt cut with a knife First good meal in the manhattan room was friday night. Skipped newport because of the weather which was BS we skipped so we could get to portland ,should have skipped portland and st johns Although I had my best meal for lunch in portland. The ship the shows the people were excellent If it wasnt for gravy you couldnt eat the food Thank goodness for the desserts they were good SO I hope my cruise in february is better or goodbye NCL

Participated in activities, saw wonderful shows, comedy shows, singers, dancers. Food was amazing. Perfect

Worst cruise we have ever been on! Have no plans to ever take another cruise line with Norwegian Cruise line again. The lack of communication and organization coupled with terrible food and ok service made a miserable experience.

Overall, we had a great time. The other couple we went with thought it was great and being it was their first cruise will definitely cruise again.

I love Norwegian, but a lot of things have changed

You should give your excursion selections some time. When possible go with the nature tours and not the city tours in Portland and Saint John.

The ports were generally kind of similar so a sea day would have been nice. Not much time to actually enjoy the ship and it was tiring. NCL did an outstanding job of making last minute adjustments to avoid Hurricane Fiona and ensure we had a pleasant day in Boston instead. Overall we had a wonderful time and will be returning to the Breakaway next fall in the Mediterranean.

cruise was fair. boat was beautiful, food was fair, had bad weather a couple of days & an arrest of staff for sexual assault which was very disturbing. Delay basically cost us a day at bar harbor

Very good trip, good service at bars and restaurants.

We loved the cruise and highly recommend it. There were 5 stops and the Breakaway entertainment and food were stellar. Jake the cruise director is amazing. Manhattan room band nightly is a major plus.

The cruise and crew members were wonderful but our experience was damaged by the loss of all our perks that we were told we had by BJ's Travel.

With all of NCL emails and on-line reservations, etc. it made the time prior to sailing very stressful. Turns out you really don't need so many different dinner reservations and some tours ran too late into the evening hours. My husband injured himself on a private tour. I didn't find the staff on the ship very helpful at all when we were trying to get ice to treat the injury. Medical wasn't much of a help either. I did contract Covid two days after the cruise.
