Review summary

The computer star rating given by this site is 2 stars. This isn't accurate, at best it is 1 and 1/2 or lower. It was too big of a ship with too many guests. All areas were crowded with limited area to sit, so you had to go back to your cabin unless you wanted to sit in the dinning area. WIFI is poor, and the onboard App is horrible. This was my first and last experience with Norwegian.

The poor experience began with using Norwegian's airport shuttle. We were initially told the shuttle would pick us up a 8:30 am. By 10:30 the monitor had made many excuses about the shuttle and had know idea when it would arrive. That cost us $70, since we took an UBER to the ship. We later learned the shuttle arrived at the ship a 5pm, 1 hour after the ship was scheduled to depart.

Food was below to average. Other than one specialty restaurant, food is comparable to dinners. The "Premium" drink package excludes speciality coffee. That was a first for us.

This was the first time we were required to make reservations for shows. A few shows were OK, but for the most part they were a way to spend time. Same show was repeated multiple days.
