Would not go on NCL again, they don't describe excursions accurately and don't respond well to safety concerns. I especially did not appreciate them coming in our room without us present to check on something that was in working order. I've been on Celebrity, Disney and Princess. All have had better rooms and courtesy toward the customer and more entertainment on board.

Onboard Activities

Pools and slides were great Need another pool with 4000 people on board 1 pool is not enough. The adult area is hot tubs and fountains. People were squeezed in like sardines.
Entertainment

Syd Normans pour had a great band and burn the floor were good.. Otherwise no big deal.
Service and Staff

Hard working and well managed. Upper management not very helpful and somewhat patronizing
Ship Quality

all good very clean overall. Not enough pools for 4000 people. 1 kid pool and 1 adult pool is lacking and the smoking area was located in a location that we all had to inhale the smoke.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was fine until they decided to enter our room unannounced to check the toilet. Did not ask us first and nothing was wrong with it.
Ship tip
The excursions were not as described. A catamaran snorkel tour in Costa Maya was a snorkel tour but not a catamaran.. Same with Cozumel not a dune buggy and the snorkel was very basic from a beach and not a safe entry. Then they took us on a 45 minute ride in jettas that were made to look like jeeps to a place selling local merchandise and surrounded us in a circle. We felt we were on Gilligans Island and couldn't get away.
Went to a great lunch called La Mission! but our excursion was a scam.. not at all what was described and ate into our whole day. Otherwise I would have enjoyed Cozumel
You are complaining they came into your room when you weren’t present? Hate to break it to you, but any cruise line or hotel can do that. They always have access, and don’t need you to be there. How do you think housekeeping cleans your room?
