Loved everything about the haven. It could be anywhere and I’d be happy. I would never go if I couldn’t be in it. Too many people otherwise. But amazingly clean and well run considering.

Food was superb. Only place I didn’t absolutely love was the Italian joint. We mostly ate in The Haven. It’s hard to beat, but my older adult kids wanted the Indian food in the buffet. They loved it. Tapanaki was without a doubt a fun experience and the food was excellent.

We were in the haven in a spa suite. Plenty of room and storage for us. Big king size comfortable bed. I kind of snickered at the hot tub in the room at first like, when are we gunna use that? Ummmmm, every night! It was so nice to sink down in after a long day.
Ship tip
Beg borrow or steal in order to stay in the Haven, it’s worth every dollar. You never felt like you were on a huge crowded ship. I ventured down to the main pool deck one day and felt like I fell into a girls gone wild spring break nightmare. I said, oh hell no and sprinted back to the oasis of The Haven. Priority on and off at ports is invaluable also.
Got lucky and found a great taxi driver who quoted us a great price $80 to drive us all around and hit some interesting sites that the tours don’t go to. Would like to go back and stay a while.
We went in the Haven last year for our anniversary. It was heaven. My husband surprized me with a Mediterranean cruise (leave in 25 days!) And without my even having to ask he assurred me it would be Haven all the way. Can't wait for the spoiling to begin!!
Glad you enjoyed the Haven but too bad you didn’t like the rest of the ship. For the price of the Haven you might want to try a luxury cruise line. That way you could go anywhere on the ship and still be comfortable.
