The cruise was fun but we felt nickeled and dimed at times. The drink package we had did not cover all types of drinks so we found ourselves paying more or settling for something different. The Cruise Director Staff was INCREDIBLE!!!! They were so much fun and very entertaining. We did not get involved in the crazy pool stuff but the games and skits etc. were very funny and well done. They made the cruise what it was for us. They were GREAT.
Embarkation

Embarkation was relatively smooth except when they put you in the huge waiting room where you wait for your boarding number to be called. That was annoying.

Food and Dining

Dining rooms were very clean and the food was pretty good. Buffet for lunch and breakfast was pretty much the same all week which gets a little boring but was still good.
Onboard Activities

Pool was way to small for the number of people on the boat. Very difficult on sea days to get anywhere near the pool or pool bar. Spa was pretty good but twice they overcharged us for our treatments and we had to correct the staff.
Entertainment

We saw "Burn the Floor" and The Rock and Roll show. Both were excellent and the performers were wonderful. When you saw them off stage they were super friendly and a lot of fun.
Service and Staff

Wait staff was pretty good and the room steward was excellent. My issue is with the customer service personell. We had a broken hair dryer in our room and asked to have it replaced a number of times (pretty much every day and sometimes multiple times). We were always told it would be corrected and it never was. There were a few other issues that came up that they could not correct either.
Ship Quality

Ship was clean and well maintained. The only layout issue is in order to get to the pool from the aft portion of the ship, you needed to pass through the garden café. There should really be a better way.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was fine but the layout made it difficult to get to the closet for storage of clothes. Very tight quarters that way. Also, not sure why there is a mini-bar. With the drink packages available why would you stock the only place to keep water or wine cool?
Ship tip
Make sure you download the NCL app before boarding. this allows you to utilize the onboard FREE wifi to text and talk to each member of your party while onboard for FREE.
No excursion. Walked around the shops and market. Was fun but the vendors are pretty pushy and the pricing is high. You can always negotiate to a real number if you find something you like.
