Review summary

Not happy I didn't get the packages I was told I would get costed me over 800 in drinks and I barely had any as drinks are like 16.00 a drink and worst part I was supposed to get free unlited drinks and as soon as I purchased my trip suddenly no one from travel company can help or answer emails

When you book with an agency, they give you a confirmation letter/ email. It tells you what you are getting. Mistakes happen, that why you should have read it and notified the agency that there was a mistake. I am sure if you asks the agent who booked your cruise they will say you misunderstood what you were getting.

This doesn't sound like it's the cruise line's fault but rather your agent or yours. As the other poster said you HAVE to review your reservation and promos before sailing. As soon as you book you will see your promos on your reservation. When you do the online check in review everything again...You also should be checking your charges / account daily for the balance and any errors.

Always check to ensure what's promised is in writing.. and $800 what on earth did you have hope you checked your bill to ensure all charges where yours ....

Bummer but even if all of your drinks were $16, that would equate to more than 50 drinks to get to an over $800 bill. At what point did you notice these charges? ... The advertised free drink package is one of the freebies you can choose but if you choose another freebie instead or if your agent selects the wrong one you won't get it. Check your cruise line documents before your cruise. If you are asked to sign for a charge for drinks, you don't have the free drink package.
