Review summary
We'll never go on Norwegian again. The staff/customer service makes a big difference. Norwegian really needs to work on that, even with their upper management. Staff doesn't seem to be even happy to be working on Norwegian. Seems like they are just going through the motion of working there. Seems like none of them even want to be there. I get it. They are there for months at a time and miss their home & families. But they are in a service industry, so they still have to be a bit more customer friendly. When we go on vacation, we'd like to relax and be happy, not be even more stressed or upset.Embarkation

Don't bother reserving for shows. We spend 2 hours trying to reserve all the shows and it didn't matter anyways. We weren't able to reserve some of the shows. So we decided to go anyways and go in just fine even without a reservation. Make sure you reserve for dinner in the MDR. They state that it's freestyle cruising so you can eat when you want but if you don't have a reservations, you'll have to wait over an hour or more just to be seated.
